Privacy Policy for Headache Tracker & Journaling

What this app is not
Headache Tracker & Journaling is a personal journal. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment, and not a medical device. It does not replace care from a clinician. It does not read Apple Health.
Health journal on this device
Attack logs and non-headache day entries stay on your iPhone or iPad in the app’s local storage. That includes dates, duration, severity, headache type, pain locations on the 3D head, symptoms, triggers, medications, relief, disability answers, and notes you type. Those journal rows are not uploaded to Innatur’s servers and are not synced to a cloud database.
You can export an appointment-pack PDF yourself through the share sheet. Export is something you start; the app does not send that file to Innatur.
Location (optional)
Location is optional and is used only to show nearby air pressure on the Dashboard meter. Logging an attack never requires location. Turning location off does not block the journal.
Account identity
The app creates an anonymous account so the session can work, then you may link or sign in with Apple. Identity is stored with our authentication provider (Supabase). The same user id is used for analytics and subscription access. We do not sign you out to mint a second user when you choose Apple.
Purchases
Apple processes subscription purchases. Superwall presents subscription options. Innatur does not receive your full payment-card number. A “granted” unlock in the app means access was allowed; it is not by itself a statement of Apple revenue.
Analytics
We use Mixpanel with your account user id and a small catalog of product events (for example: first saved attack, a save, export, review prompt, account deletion). Those events never include your notes, medication names, or lists of pain zones. We do not sell health data, we do not use it for ads, and we do not use it for tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your health journal.
- We do not use your health journal for advertising.
- We do not use tracking pixels or ads in this app.
- We do not read Apple Health.
- We do not claim the app prevents headaches or finds medical causes.
Deleting your account
When you choose Delete account in Profile, the app asks our server to delete your Mixpanel Engage profile and your authentication user (and a profiles row if that table exists). Journal rows on the device are not uploaded as part of that request, so they remain in the app’s local storage on that device until you remove the app or clear its data.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle the journal, we will update this page and the effective date.
