Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Innatur LLC handles information when you use Gallery Cleaner - Swipe Photo. It covers the app, not the innaturllc.com website; the website has a separate privacy policy.

Photos and videos

The app asks for access to the photo library on your iPhone so it can show your photos and videos, find copies and similar items, and delete the ones you confirm. Analysis runs on the device. The app does not upload your photos, videos, thumbnails, or library contents to Innatur LLC.

Items that are not stored on this iPhone are skipped. The app does not download those iCloud items in order to measure, hash, or review them.

Keep and delete decisions, content hashes, similarity data, and small preview images are stored in the app's private storage on this iPhone. That storage is excluded from backup. It remains until the app's local data is removed from the device. Account deletion does not remove it and does not change your Photos library.

When you confirm a deletion, iOS asks again and then moves the items to Recently Deleted. A Live Photo conversion saves a still image in Photos before the original can be deleted. Compressing a video can save a smaller copy in Photos; replacing the original is a separate confirmation. Moving a video to Video Trash keeps a local list in the app so you can restore it. The video stays in Photos until you delete it from that trash.

Account and Apple sign-in

The app uses Supabase to create and manage an anonymous session or an account linked with Sign in with Apple. When you choose Apple sign-in, the app requests permission for your name and email and receives an Apple identity token. Apple controls which account details it provides, including when you choose Hide My Email. Supabase processes the account identifier and authentication data needed to maintain your session.

Analytics

When analytics is configured for a build, the app sends Mixpanel an account identifier and events about app use, such as a completed deletion and account-deletion attempts. Those events do not include photo or video contents, thumbnails, filenames, content hashes, or photo-library identifiers. Subscription screens are handled by Superwall, which may record its own subscription events. Mixpanel processes this information under its own policies.

Subscriptions and purchases

The app uses Superwall to display subscription screens and check subscription access. Apple processes App Store billing. These services may handle product selection, subscription eligibility and status, and purchase or restore outcomes. Innatur LLC does not receive your payment-card number through the app.

The app does not include third-party advertising in its current configuration.

Account deletion and retention

You can start account deletion from Settings after Sign in with Apple. The deletion request removes the Supabase authentication account after the server has requested deletion of its Mixpanel user profile. If that profile deletion cannot be completed, the account is not deleted. The current deletion flow does not delete past Mixpanel event records. It does not change your Photos library or remove the app's local cleanup index. Apple and the service providers may retain information under their own retention rules; the app does not set a fixed retention period for their records.
