Headache Tracker & Journaling
HealthKeep a precise record of migraine and headache attacks.
Headache Tracker & Journaling is an iOS journal for people who need to capture an attack while it is happening, then look back at what they wrote. Browse the app freely. Saving logs, history, reports, and export need an active subscription.
It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment, and not a medical device. It does not read Apple Health. Nearby air pressure is optional and never required to log.
Capture the attack, not a questionnaire
Start from the Log tab when pain begins, or backdate from the calendar. Mark duration, severity, type, and notes in short steps you can save as you go. Unlimited attacks in a day. Quiet days can be logged as non-headache entries when that day has no attack.
See where it hurt
Pain location is a rotatable 3D head, not a flat front/back cartoon. Tap zones on the mesh. The same map shows up later when you review a saved attack.
History you can scan
A Monday-first month calendar and a timeline list keep attacks and quiet days in one place. Reports open frequency, severity, medications, and triggers as charts you can drill into — counts of attacks, not medical conclusions.
A sheet you can hand over
Export a one-page appointment pack from your logs: dates, counts, and scored MIDAS from the disability answers you entered. It is a descriptive record to take to a visit, not a clinician’s note and not an endorsement.

Mark one or many zones on a ceramic head you can rotate. Localization stays part of the saved record.
Calendar and history
Scan months, open a day, edit a log, or start from an empty day. Core history is subscription-gated.
Reports and appointment pack
Descriptive charts plus a PDF you share yourself. Export does not send your journal to Innatur.
